1. Who We Are

Vibe Admins is operated by Velza LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use vibeadmins.com. For privacy matters contact info@rapidreskill.com.

2. Data We Collect and Why

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

  • Account data (email, name): to create your account and provide course access. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Purchase data: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Course progress: lesson completions stored to track your progress. Legal basis: legitimate interest / contract performance.
  • Analytics events (page views): collected only with your consent via the cookie banner. You may decline at any time.
  • Waitlist email: if you join a course waitlist, we store your email and course interest to notify you at launch. Legal basis: consent.

3. Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Essential cookies (va_session): a secure, HTTP-only session token that keeps you logged in. Strictly necessary — no consent required under ePrivacy rules.
  • Analytics cookies (va_cookies): a localStorage flag that, when accepted, enables anonymous page-view tracking. You can decline this via the cookie banner on first visit or by clearing your browser's local storage.

We do not use advertising, social media, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 2 years after last activity, or until you request deletion. Purchase records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements. Waitlist entries are deleted within 12 months of a course launch or upon your request.

Under GDPR (EU/UK) and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect lawfulness of prior processing)

To exercise any right, email info@rapidreskill.com. We will respond within 30 days. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is shared only with the processors listed in Section 4, as required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

8. International Transfers

Velza LLC is based in the United States. If you access the service from the EU or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Cloudflare and Stripe maintain Standard Contractual Clauses and other transfer mechanisms. By using the service you acknowledge this transfer.
